The wave button on member profiles is now much more discreet.

It becomes a small round hand icon — still fully clickable to wave at the member — with the received-waves count shown on hover. Cleaner alongside the other profile badges, and it renders correctly on older Safari too.

- Hall of waves redesign with a cinematic masthead, a personal wave card, and a gold/silver/bronze podium for the top 3.
- Refined leaderboard list with cleaner rows (avatar, title, wave score). Top 3 appear on the podium, then the rest of the ranking.
- Wave pill polish on profiles and tooltips: theme-safe control plus a short success check animation after sending a wave.
- Native XenForo theming from style tokens (no more hardcoded amber pastel look). Infinite-scroll JS for the leaderboard is included and working. Animations respect reduced-motion preferences.
