You can easily customize your ads (for example AdSense) by adding some extra code to your HTML box when creating your ad.
Example #1 :
... and on mobile :
As you can see in above screen the ad will show like post with avatar. The title below avatar is phrased so check for cxf_ads_after_first_postphrase to edit it.
Use this code for above result :
Add your ad code by replacing the <!-- AD CODE HERE -->
Example #2 :
If you don't want to use your ads with avatar like it's shown in previous example you can still wrap them in a nice block by adding this simple code :
