Set the following user group permissions :
Administrative = View
Moderating = Yes
Installation :
1 Download Andy-PostLinks-1.3.zip and unzip it.
2 Copy the src/addons/Andy/PostLinks directory to your server.
3 From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
