Yeah, I figured it out. Seems when you put an admin also in other groups such as moderator and owner all have to have the permission to see them. So I can now see them in the admin bar.

Is it possible to create a gradient colored scrollbar using 2 colors?

Has anyone ever experienced these two plugins not showing up in the admin bar for admin even when all permissions are set to allow use and to show in admin bar?
