This new version adds PKG Graphics Mod of the PUP, so you'll find preinstalled in the Package Manager. Nothing more, so if you do not care much the Mod, you can do without installing this CFW. But we always recommend that you install the latest version, so if you want to change the look of your PS3, you can do it quickly.
