New version uses same tag as the XenForo default Soundcloud bb code. Added code to restore default version of XenForo Soundcloud bb code if the add-on is uninstalled.

Installation :
- Download Andy-Soundcloud-1.0.zip and unzip it.
- Copy the src/addons/Andy/AdManager directory to your server.
- From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
