Instructions:
Put the GTAMenu.sprx into "dev_hdd0/tmp"Replace the Eboot.bin

How To Open Menu:
R1 + Dpad Left X To toggle an option.
Circle to go back / Close the menu.

Known Bugs:

Character 1 is only mod-able till I add character 2 support..
Add Custom Rank, Money & Subtract money isn't added yet. (It works, but not properly, so I removed it for now​
